Delivery times are counted from when we verify payment for your purchase. Our orders are sent by motorized and by Olva Courier. Both outsourced companies.

- The delivery time for Lima is 1 to 4 business days.

- The delivery time for provinces is 3 to 6 business days.

- Pre-orders take a little longer according to what is specified in the product. Usually it is within approximately 10 days.

On occasion, delays may arise due to external factors.

Exchanges and returns:

So Salty does not make cash refunds, however, we do make changes in the following cases:

- The customer has 7 days from receiving the product to communicate the change of the same for another size and/or explaining the reason. The change must be communicated to our email info@sosaltyswim.com con subject "Change" and detailing.

- The garment goes through a prior evaluation for the change to be made. It must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and with the respective labels.

- If there is no stock of the product to which you wish to change, the customer may opt for another product of equal value, greater value (you assuming the difference), or lower value (there will be no return or balance in favor) .

- No exchanges or returns of products will be made in SALE.

- The client is responsible for sending the product to our office in Miraflores and informing us in advance of the chosen exchange product so that we can confirm if it is in stock and make the relevant coordination. The customer bears the shipping costs if the change is made, in order to send the new size or garment chosen.
